More Goodies :)

Just finished making my lunch for tomorrow. I feel like I’m making dinner because I make it so late, then I realize “wait, it’s 9pm…” haha. Sad, just sad. I always end up doing something.

I came home to 2 more great packages. This is a prime example that I shop online too damn much, haha :D

With Endo, chronic fatigue is one of the major symptoms and sometimes you feel like you can never get enough rest. To help me get the most out of the 6-8 hours that I do get in, I went to DreamEssentials and bought these for a great price. The sleep mask is so soft and smells of lavender. You can pick which kind you want depending on for what. The Life.doc was something that I found on Franklin Covey’s online website. I was NOT going to pay $34 for it, so I found this one brand new on Amazon for $25. Haha, I really have GOT TO STOP! I’m lovin’ myself! But anywhoo, this will help me keep organized and put all of my crazy life day to day things in one spot. I’m all about trying to keep things organized. M is helping me pay off everything and he’s great with it. I suck at bills, and things like that. I’m more of the creative one ;)

I did some yoga afterwards, brought to you by Polly from Yoga is Yummy. Her blog is great, and so inspiring, and she has about 9-10 minute videos that are great for starters like myself. (God it kills in the beginning!)  Afterwards, I put on some sweats and grabbed this:

I’ve literally only gotten through the first chapter. My life is too chaotic! So, I got a call from M “I’m on the way home from the mall, I didn’t go to play bball, what you wanna do?” I said, “Let’s go to Whole Foods!” He said, “Ok I’ll be home in 10, be ready”, so I got ready and we just decided to go to Market Basket since it was closer. Not a ton of stuff just some things to get me through the week. I must say though, when you go to the store little by little you do realize that you need to plan your meals like Jenna mentioned on her most recent blog about her trip to Costco and Publix.

I wanted to use my Oikos coupons but they don’t have it at MB! What the hell! I was so mad. They only had Stonyfield o’Soy and YoCalcium, so I grabbed a mix of them. 4 for $3! Not too bad for the size! So I’ll have to get the Oikos this week when I make my weekly Whole Foods trip.

When I came home for lunch today to let the dogs out, I took my chicken breast strips and put them in a covered bowl of bbq garlic sauce and threw ‘em in the fridge to marinate. After coming home from MB I had the chance to make my lunch. I cut up some squash, cleaned snap peas, and cut corn off the cob to steam in light butter.

I threw the chopped squash in the pot so quick that I forgot to take a pic :) I put in about a spoon of this light butter (I can only use this in steamed veggies, it brings out the flavor perfectly) and about a half teaspoon of salt. I put mine  in my containers for work and put M’s in a wrap with a few leafs of lettuce and some mozzarella cheese.

I have no idea how he can eat this late. He killed it! I’m still polishing off my glass of red wine that I poured 2 hours ago :( So on that note…

Ciao friends! xo- Q

P.S.- Check out the Green Monster Movement! Angela’s site Oh She Glows is great, and check out Summer Glow Boot Camp! You’ll be hooked in no time!

I have a dream essentials sleep mask. I love mine. I couldn't live without it. It's the best thing ever!

And I really want to see that Julie/Julia movie - I didn't realize there was a book. I'll have to check that out.
